Prayer Foundations

“Pray at all times, on every occasion, in every season, in the Spirit, with all manner of prayer and entreaty. To that end keep alert and watch with strong purpose and perseverance, interceding in behalf of all the saints, God’s consecrated people.” Ephesians 6:18

The purpose of the prayer ministry team is to actively encourage and promote prayer within the life of the church following God’s directive. It is through prayer that we speak directly to God and can petition him on our behalf, and on behalf of others (Philippians 4:6).

Altar Prayer Ministry

At every celebration service an opportunity to receive prayer by trained members of the church is given. Being open and responsive to the working of the Holy Spirit, we pray that God's love, guidance and healing power would be released for the benefit of His people and to His glory.

Intercessory Prayer 

The Intercessory Prayer Ministry activates prayer at Mountain Springs Church providing a covering for every minister, ministry, missionary and member associated with MSC. This covering is preventative and proactive. Daily prayer requests and praise reports go out over our Prayer Network and our corporate intercessory team is called to action on a monthly basis to cover all the current and future needs of Mountain Springs church..
