Starting A Life Group

We are delighted that God is stirring you to become a small group leader. We value that role as being vitally strategic to sustaining the health and growth of the body of Christ.

It is our job to equip, prepare and empower our leaders so they can be fruitful in the unique ministry God has called them to. To ensure that process, the following criteria must be met before our leaders are released into ministry.

• Attend Mountain Springs Church for at least 6 months
• Complete a Servant Ministries Application
• Attend the Adventure Trek Classes (held monthly)
• Complete a Life Group Leaders Application Packet
• Attend a Life Group Leader Orientation (held each semester)
• Attend the Leadership Summit (when offered)
• Attend the Prayer Trek 401
• Agree and adhere to the qualifications and conditions as stated in the Life Group Leaders Orientation and application process
